POWER ACTUATORS
SINGLE OUTPUT ACTUATORS
The Chevalier power actuators are integrated with Control Electronics. The ratio of size and weight to performance of these actuators is unparalled.
Compact Rotary Actuators
Our Rotary Actuators are all Integrated with Control Electronics and used to power countless applications including our own clinch mechanisms. They are built to work in extreme environmental conditions and temperatures from -40 to +120 deg.C
Linear Actuators
Our Linear Actuators are constructed for high performance and can be adapted with dynamic links to drive applications in the most constraint of places. They pack massive power; up to 600N in a design weighing circa 80 grams.
Kick Drive Actuators
Our patented Kick Drive technology delivers hundreds of times more force than the driving motor, making it ideal for overcoming initial inertia in any application. Featured in Chevalier products like the Single Motor Multi-Function Latch, or Starter Motor, the Kick Drive ensures smooth operation with a far smaller, and more efficient motor.
Multiple Output Actuators
Multi-Drive Power Actuators
One Motor, Endless Possibilities
Why use many motors when one does it all? Chevalier’s Multi-Drive Power Actuators replace multiple motors with a single, high-performance unit, thus, cutting weight, saving energy, and simplifying design. It is designed for today’s most forward-thinking technologies: eco-friendly vehicles, drones, unmanned systems, and energy-efficient products.
Imagine electric vehicle or aircraft seats: where 3 to 12 motors were once needed, a single motor multi-drive actuator now delivers the same full functionality, with added features, greater reliability, and unmatched efficiency.
